Synonymous with Sevilla’s seven Europa League titles in the last two decades, Monchi revolutionised the game in Spain with his cutting edge recruitment approach. After joining in 2023, Monchi’s work helped the Villains to qualify for Champions League football in his first season, and after a successful trip to the quarter-finals, finished sixth last season.
