Everton have agreed a deal for Jack Grealish to return to the club on a season-long loan from Manchester City.
The 30-year-old is set for a medical at the Toffees, with his move expected to be completed before Tuesday’s 23:00 BST transfer deadline.

Grealish spent a large chunk of last term at Everton under a similar arrangement, scoring twice and providing six assists in 20 appearances, before sustaining a season-ending foot injury in January.
