Darren Till’s Misfits Boxing debut was a success.

The one-time UFC title challenger stopped Anthony Taylor in the sixth round in the main event of Misfits Boxing 20 at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester, England on Saturday evening.

Till was the much bigger man and it showed in the ring. He pressured Taylor throughout the fight, backing him up into the ropes and letting rip with punching barrages.

The Liverpudlian found particular success with the counter left uppercut that put Taylor down in Round 4. It was a heavy knockdown, but the American managed to beat the count, showing tremendous heart.

Taylor had his best round of the fight in the fifth, bouncing back just a round after being dropped. He found success with his right hand as Till began to get complacent defensively.

In the sixth, however, Till scored a knockdown with a similar left uppercut to the one that dropped Taylor earlier. Taylor rose back to his feet, but he was pummeled again by Till’s left hand and slumped onto the canvas in a brutal sequence, leaving the referee no reason to issue a 10-count.

In his post-fight interview, Till called out KSI, Jorge Masvidal, Tommy Fury and Mike Perry for a Misfits Boxing match. KSI, who was commentating on the fight, hinted that he could face Till later in 2025.

First, though, Misfits co-owner KSI will take on former England and Manchester City soccer defender Wayne Bridge on March 29. KSI and Bridge faced off in the ring to preview their clash. It will be KSI’s first bout since losing a unanimous decision to Tommy Fury in October 2024.
