The NFL Draft could be coming to Cincinnati for the first time ever.
According to Ben Fischer of the Sports Business Journal, Minneapolis-St. Paul is the favorite to win the rights to the 2028 NFL Draft.

If that happens, Cincinnati would be next. Here’s what Fischer wrote:
Also, sources said, it’s possible the NFL looks to award two drafts at the same time, or in relatively short order. If that happens, some sources said Cincinnati has the inside track for 2029, but there is less clarity around whether the NFL is prepared to do that now.
That would make it only the second time that the NFL Draft has been held in Ohio (Cleveland, 2021).
If things go as planned, Duke Tobin and company will be coming off a championship or two by then with Joe Burrow at the helm and a revamped defense behind him.
