Caleb Williams won the duel of second-year quarterbacks against Jayden Daniels on Monday night.

Williams threw for 41 more passing yards than his Washington counterpart and led the Chicago Bears down the field to set up a game-winning field goal from Jake Moody.

Williams threw for 252 yards and produced two touchdowns. He ran in a score in the first half and threw a 55-yard scoring pass to D’Andre Swift in the second half. Swift had 175 total yards for the Bears.

The Bears were able to set up the game-winning field goal because of a fumble by Daniels on a botched handoff.

Williams and the Bears are now 3-2 with some real momentum going into their Week 7 clash with the New Orleans Saints.

Outside of a Week 8 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens, the schedule sets up nicely over the next few weeks for Chicago to stack more wins and be a realistic playoff contender.
