Brad Keselowski will have a new voice on his radio at Kansas Speedway. RFK Racing announced Monday that crew chief Jeremy Bullins has left the team, and the change takes effect this weekend.
Mike Skarbowski is listed as the new crew chief of the No. 6 Ford on NASCAR’s roster portal and on the Kansas entry list, according to NASCAR. Bullins has not announced where he is going.

RFK framed the exit as a move Bullins wanted to make.
“We’re excited for Jeremy and his family as he embarks on a new opportunity. Jeremy has been a terrific teammate, leader, and vital member of our competition think tank.”
“Not only has he been a trusted voice with the #6 team, but he’s also brought great value to the garage in sharing strategic insights and historical perspective as we’ve crafted a shared vision for RFK Racing’s on-track success. We wish Jeremy nothing but the best.”
Jordan Bianchi of The Athletic first reported the split. Bianchi, who covers motorsports for the outlet, wrote on X that the two sides parted amicably and that Bullins is taking a similar job with another organization. That team has not been identified.

Keselowski thanked Bullins in a statement of his own.
“I am very appreciative of all the work and effort Jeremy Bullins put into the 6 car as my crew chief the past two season. I wish him the best in his next endeavor.”
He then turned to the man replacing Bullins.
“Looking ahead, I’m also excited about Mike Skarbowski stepping into this role. Mike was previously RFK’s race support manager and crew chief of the No. 99 car at Daytona in February. We believe in him, and we’re looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish together.”
A Second Split for Bullins and Keselowski
This was the second time the two worked together. Bullins was Keselowski’s crew chief at Team Penske in 2020 and 2021, and the pair won five races before Keselowski left to become a co-owner at RFK. Bullins joined him at RFK ahead of the 2025 season.

In between, Bullins stayed with Penske through 2022, winning the Daytona 500 with Austin Cindric, before moving to alliance partner Wood Brothers Racing in 2023. He won three Cup races with Ryan Blaney earlier in his career, one with Austin Cindric in the 2022 Daytona 500, and one with Harrison Burton at Daytona in 2024 while at Wood Brothers Racing, before leaving the Penske/Wood Brothers organization entirely in October 2024.
The timing is the notable part. Keselowski is 18th in the standings and missed the Chase for a second straight season. RFK is making the change with seven races left in a year that has not gone to plan.
Skarbowski arrives with limited Cup experience on the box. He worked as an engineer at Trackhouse Racing before joining RFK, where he held a team manager role and ran the No. 99 entry for Corey LaJoie at Daytona in February.
The new pairing debuts Sunday in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway, with coverage at 3 p.m. ET on USA Network.
