CONCORD, N.C. (ROUNDTABLE) — Brad Keselowski will have a new crew chief in the NASCAR Cup Series after RFK Racing confirmed Jeremy Bullins is out.
RFK Racing confirmed Monday on social media that Bullins is out as Keselowski’s crew chief. They stated they’re “excited” for him and his family to take up a new opportunity – thanking him for nearly two full seasons with the organization.

“Jeremy has been a terrific teammate, leader and vital member of our competition think tank. Not only has he been a trusted voice with the No. 6 team but he’s also brought great value to the garage in sharing strategic insights and historical perspective as we’ve crafted a shared vision for RFK Racing’s on-track success,” RFK Racing stated.
Bullins went winless with Keselowski through 55 races together. They score eight top-five finishes and 19 top-10 finishes and never made the Chase together. However, under Bullins, Keselowski led 232 laps in 2026 and 222 laps in 2025.
Mike Skarbowski will serve as Keselowski’s interim crew chief, according to the NASCAR roster portal. The portal lists Skarbowski as his crew chief for Kansas Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Phoenix Raceway.
Skarbowski previously served as Corey LaJoie’s crew chief in his Daytona 500 attempt this year. More recently, the roster portal lists him in an organizational role with RFK Racing’s three teams the last two weekends.
Before joining RFK Racing, Skarbowski was a race engineer at Trackhouse Racing for three seasons, from 2022 to 2024. Before that, he was with Chip Ganassi Racing from 2017 until Trackhouse bought the team in 2021.

Bullins first came to RFK Racing in 2025 after leaving Wood Brothers Racing. The NextGen era hasn’t been kind to him with just two wins, 13 top-five finishes and 32 top-10 finishes in 167 races and never averaging better than a 15th-place finish in any of his tenures despite working with several top teams.
Bullins saw most of his success with the Gen6 car. He worked with Ryan Blaney full-time in 2016 and 2017 at Wood Brothers Racing and 2018 and 2019 at Team Penske, winning one race in each season.
A shakeup saw Bullins work with Keselowski in 2020, leading to a four-win season where they finished second in the points standings with 13 top-five finishes and 24 top-10 finishes in 36 races. The pair returned to victory lane and the postseason in 2021 – the final season of the Gen6 car – before Keselowski left for RFK Racing.
It’s unclear where Bullins will go next but indications are that he has a similar opportunity already lined up.

Meanwhile, Skarbowski has a tall task ahead of him. His 2012 NASCAR Cup Series championship-winning driver is on the second-longest losing streak of his career with 88 races since his last win in the series: Darlington Raceway in May of 2024, which snapped a 110-race losing streak.
Keselowski’s best finish at Kansas Speedway with RFK Racing is sixth in the spring.
