Barcelona have identified Juventus wing-back Andrea Cambiaso as a possible target to bolster their defensive options for the next season.
According to Sportitalia, the Blaugrana hierarchy has placed the Italian international high up on their wishlist, viewing him as an ideal tactical fit for the high-intensity system implemented by Hansi Flick.

The Catalan giants are not the first elite European side to track the 26-year-old’s development.
Manchester City had previously pursued the defender, having also submitted formal offers that never proved enough. Cambiaso ultimately remained in Turin to continue his growth under the Bianconeri project. Furthermore, it is the player’s remarkably versatile nature that has particularly appealed to the recruitment team at the Camp Nou, as his ability to perform at a high level on both the left and right flanks, as well as in more advanced midfield roles, offers Flick significant tactical flexibility.
The Italian hasn’t had a great season but it is clear he is well sought after in Europe.
