Annabelle Pancake-Webb and Dorsey Addicks both fired bogey-free 63s on March 6 to forge their way to the top of the leaderboard in the clubhouse in the second round of the Epson Tour Atlantic Beach Classic, at the Atlantic Beach Country Club.
Pancake-Webb, 23 and a two-time All-ACC player at Clemson, birdied the fourth and fifth holes, eagled the par-5 sixth, then birdied Nos. 11, 12 and 13 to finish at 10-under-par 132. Addicks, 31 and a former player at Seattle University, began her round at No. 10, birdied four of her first six holes, turned and birdied Nos. 5, 6 and 7 in succession to lower her score to 9-under 133.

Annabelle Pancake-Webb, who was a two-time All-ACC player at Clemson, shot a bogey-free 63 on March 6 to take the lead in the Epson Tour’s Atlantic Beach Classic.
Katilyn Papp Budde, who holds the career scoring record at the University of Texas, shot 66 and is at 7-under. First-round leader Lauren Clark of Orlando was even-par through 16 holes when play was suspended because of darkness and is 6-under.
Jessica Porvasnik of Jacksonville, who had an opening 68, is even through 16 holes and is tied for 10th at 3-under.
Fifteen players will return on the morning of March 7 to complete their second rounds. The projected cut is 3-over and is likely to claim most of the area players in the field such as Christin Eisenbeiss (UNF, 7-over), Jessica Welch (JU, 10-over but with a 71 in the second round to improve on her opening 81 by 10 shots), Amelia Lewis (Jacksonville, 14-over) and amateur Sahana Chokshi, an Episcopal junior (14-over).

The tournament is the opening event of the season on the Epson Tour, with players contending for LPGA Tour status. The top-15 on the Epson Tour points list at the end of the season will graduate to the LPGA.
