Uncrowned has Andy Ruiz Jr. vs. Damian Knyba live results, round-by-round updates, ring walks and start time for the Ruiz vs. Knyba fight card on Friday night at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Former unified heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. returns from a two-year layoff to face Damian Knyba in the latest edition of DAZN and TNT’s “The Fight” series.

Ruiz (35-2-1, 22 KOs) returns to the ring for the first time since fighting Jarrell Miller to a majority draw in August 2024. The 36-year-old famously stopped Anthony Joshua in 2019 to capture the WBA, IBF and WBO unified heavyweight titles. Under new promoter Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom, the Mexican-American is working back toward title contention.

Knyba (17-1, 11 KOs) lost his undefeated record to current WBC heavyweight champion Agit Kabayel for the WBC interim title this past January. A popular Pole now based in New York, Knyba will be fighting on home turf on the East Coast on Friday.

In the night’s co-feature, recent title challenger Austin “Ammo” Williams (20-2, 13 KOs) takes on Vito Mielnicki Jr. (23-1, 13 KOs) in a battle of top-ranked American middleweights.

The Ruiz vs. Knyba fight card starts at 8 p.m. ET on TNT and DAZN, with main event ring walks expected at around 11 p.m. ET.
