The situation between A.J. Brown and the Philadelphia Eagles continues to get weirder, with the star wide receiver saying he had no recollection of a meeting with Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley that reportedly happened earlier this week.
Speaking to reporters after the Eagles’ 34-17 loss to the New York Giants on Thursday, Brown said he “don’t recall” any meeting with Hurts and Barkley.
This comes after Barkley said this week that the meeting between the Eagles’ star trio took place on Monday in the wake of their 21-17 loss to the Denver Broncos.
“When you hear ‘players’ meeting,’ that’s like all hell’s breaking loose,” Barkley said of the meeting. “It wasn’t that at all. But also that we’re teammates, we’re all friends, we’re just having a conversation.”
