Claudio Ranieri must decide how to rotate the team as Roma are set to face Spurs on Thursday night and Atalanta only a few days later.
Both games will cost the Giallorossi plenty of energy and force Ranieri into making difficult decisions as for the team’s starting eleven.
According to Corriere dello Sport, most doubts arise when looking at Roma’s midfield.
On one hand, Enzo Le Fee is hoping to get a chance in the Europa League while Bryan Cristante looks to be rested ahead of the weekend fixture with Atalanta.
Pellegrini’s lack of form has also compelled Ranieri into considering the idea of starting him on the bench.
As of right now, only Koné has his place assured in the manager’s plans.
The French midfielder is coming off an incredibly positive performance vs Napoli and will be a lock to start the games against Spurs and Atalanta.
