Well, the Utica Comets recently answered that question when their social media team released a Day in the Life with New Jersey Devils prospect Seamus Casey, presented by Kinney Drugs.
The Miami, Florida native took fans to the rink, where he did a quick workout before hitting the ice with his teammates. Click the video below to see what else the 20-year-old was up to, including his thoughts on the conversation that led to him being re-assigned to the Comets.
Casey made his NHL debut in the Devils’ season opener against the Buffalo Sabres in the 2024 NHL Global Series. He appeared in eight NHL games and earned four points (three goals, one assist). On Oct. 21, he was re-assigned to the Comets. Through nine AHL games, the defenseman has eight assists and nine points.
