Needless to say, Carmelo Anthony was excited about the commitment decision of his son, Kiyan, on Friday.
The 10-time NBA All-Star and Syracuse legend posted a hype video on social media after the younger Anthony chose to follow in his footsteps and join the Orange.
Kiyan, a 4-star prospect, is considered the No. 6 shooting guard and No. 1 player from New York in the 2025 recruiting class (via 247Sports’ Composite rankings). His final list of schools consisted of Auburn and USC in addition to Syracuse.
