The Seattle Seahawks had a few undrafted players come in for visits and/or tryouts ahead of their Wednesday practice for Week 3 against the Washington Commanders.
According to the official NFL transaction wire, the Seahawks held tryouts for wide receivers Malick Meiga and Eli Pancol. They also had running back Dontae McMillan in for a visit, which has a different distinction because it doesn’t always mean a tryout.

Meiga started his college career at Penn State before transferring to Coastal Carolina, and he only had 35 career catches over five total seasons. He stayed local and signed with the Carolina Panthers during the offseason, but did not make the roster.
Pancol was a former teammate of Jake Bobo at Duke, spending six seasons in Durham with the Blue Devils. His final season saw him catch 60 passes for 798 yards and 9 touchdowns. Pancol had brief stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts last season.
McMillan barely carried the ball at Eastern Michigan his first two seasons, then broke out for over 1,000 yards on just 177 carries in 2025, to go along with 33 catches for 375 yards. His most recent team was the Baltimore Ravens.
It’s hard to imagine any of these players going directly to the active roster, so keep an eye for any practice squad changes ahead of Wednesday afternoon.
