The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced sweeping changes to its selection process that should benefit only Rams legend Torry Holt’s chances of making it to Canton.

According to ESPN, these changes will include all eligible players in one category, instead of separating them into “modern era” and “senior” categories. This will come after the mandatory five-year waiting period beginning with the 2027 class. The changes were made largely after Bill freaking Belichick, of all people, infamously didn’t get inducted into Canton in his first year of eligibility.
