The Raiders worked out 16 players on Thursday. They signed three.
Wide receiver Ronnie Bell, offensive lineman Evan Neal and defensive end Azeez Ojulari are staying in Vegas to join the team’s practice squad.

In corresponding moves, the Raiders released defensive end Jahfari Harvey, offensive tackle Kamar Missouri and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam.
The Giants released Neal on Sunday. He has not played since 2024.
The Giants selected him seventh overall in the 2022 draft, and he began his career at right tackle. The Giants moved him to right guard, and he did not play a snap there last season.
He ended his Giants career with 29 games played, including 27 starts.
The Giants selected Ojulari in the second round of the 2021 draft, and he played four seasons in New York. He spent last season with the Eagles but played only three games.

The Falcons signed him in March but terminated his contract on Sunday.
In 49 games over five seasons, Ojulari has totaled 113 tackles, 22 sacks and 38 quarterback hits.
The 49ers selected Bell in the seventh round of the 2023 draft. He has appeared in 28 career games for the 49ers and Saints, catching 10 passes for 113 yards and four touchdowns.
