That distinction matters to the buyers this vehicle is built for: security details, executives, and VIP transport operators who need proof, not a promise, before they trust a door panel with someone’s life.

Mansory’s US arm says the armored glass and reinforced doors were shot with 9mm, .357 Magnum, and .44 Magnum rounds before the build was finalized, and the panels held. “The armored glass and reinforced doors were tested under direct ballistic fire before the final execution,” the company said in a statement.

A standard Cullinan already weighs 6,173 lbs, according to a US dealer spec sheet for the 2027 model. Mansory says its ballistic package adds roughly 300 lbs, which is light for this category. Many traditional armored SUVs pack on far more, blunting acceleration and eating into brake performance.

The Cullinan’s twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 helps absorb that penalty. Rolls-Royce quotes 562 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque, enough for a 0-60 mph run in around five seconds in stock trim. Mansory’s math suggests the armored Cullinan keeps most of that punch, since roughly 300 extra pounds on a truck this heavy is a relatively small percentage hit. The Black Badge version, with 592 horsepower and 664 lb-ft, is about three-tenths of a second quicker to 60 mph than the standard SUV, per Rolls-Royce figures, and that cushion would matter even more once armor plate goes in.
