NASCAR Cup Series race at Daytona: Live updates, highlights, leaderboard for the Coke Zero 400

The NASCAR Cup Series regular season ends in 400 miles’ time.

The Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona is the regular-season finale, with the 16-driver Chase field locked in after the race.

Shane van Gisbergen (+44 points ahead of 17th) and Austin Cindric (+31) only need solid results to ensure their Chase spots, while Ryan Preece (17th in points) needs a big points day plus some help to jump into the top 16.

Ross Chastain is on the pole, with Chris Buescher on the outside of the front row.

NASCAR is bringing a new rules package to this week’s race in order to promote less fuel-saving and more passing, including less horsepower and a shorter rear spoiler.

Riley Herbst will miss the Coke Zero 400 after waking up on race day morning with “lingering effects from last week’s incident” at New Hampshire, 23XI Racing announced.

Harrison Burton will drive the No. 35 Toyota tonight.

NASCAR race radio coverage: How to listen to NASCAR Cup race at Daytona

The Coke Zero Sugar 400 will be aired on the radio by the Motor Racing Network. MRN has affiliates all across the country, including 102.5-FM in Nashville, and their feed can also be streamed on NASCAR.com as well as the NASCAR app. The race can also be heard on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90.

  • Track: Daytona International Speedway (2.5-mile oval) in Daytona Beach, Florida

  • Length: 160 laps, 400 miles

  • Stages: 35 laps, 60 laps, 65 laps

  • Radio: MRN (102.5-FM The Game in Nashville)
