“I think me and Mikaela [Mayer] are quite similar. We want to fight the best, and that’s why I’ve got a lot of respect for her because she’s not shy to back down from a challenge. I want to fight the very best, and Mikaela is on that list as well,” Cameron said.
Also on the card, Caroline Dubois defends the WBC, WBO, and The Ring lightweight titles against Amelia Moore. Dubois (13-0-1), only the WBC champion at the time, dropped Terri Harper in April and beat her via decision for the WBO and Ring belts. “Sweet Caroline” has five knockout wins.
A two-time National Champion and current NABF lightweight champion, Moore (4-0) turned pro in 2024 following a successful amateur career.
