Rajah Caruth is on the pole for the Winn-Dixie 250 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race on Aug. 28 at Daytona.

Caruth’s lap of 49.118 seconds in the second round of qualifying claimed the top spot ahead of teammate Carson Kvapil.

Six drivers are competing for four Chase spots, with 61 points separating Parker Retzlaff in ninth and Caruth in 14th coming into the day.

Dawson Cram failed to qualify for the 38-car field.
