Las Vegas Motor Speedway has officially announced the dates for its two NASCAR race weekends during the 2027 season, giving fans another opportunity to mark their calendars as next year’s schedule continues to come into focus.
The speedway will once again host one regular-season NASCAR Cup Series event and one playoff race.

The spring NASCAR weekend will take place March 19-21, highlighted by the Pennzoil 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday, March 21, alongside the LiUNA NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race.
NASCAR will return to Las Vegas October 8-10 for the playoff weekend, with the South Point 400 serving as a NASCAR Cup Series Playoff race alongside another NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series event.
Las Vegas Continues Hosting Two NASCAR Weekends
Las Vegas has been a fixture on the NASCAR schedule since 1998 and remains one of the few venues that hosts two NASCAR Cup Series weekends each season.
The spring event serves as a key stop early in the regular season, while the South Point 400 has become an important race in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.

In announcing the dates, Las Vegas Motor Speedway President and General Manager Patrick Lindsey said the track looks forward to welcoming fans back for another year of racing and entertainment.
