NASCAR has revealed a new spec sheet for the upcoming Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway. The new rules package focuses on reducing drag and increasing passing abilities.

Road courses and short tracks are already seeing the benefit of the 750-horsepower package. NASCAR has now turned its attention to superspeedways to reduce fuel mileage racing.

The updated car will have a shorter four-inch spoiler than the regular seven-inch version. Horsepower is being reduced from 510 to 465 to accommodate the reduced downforce.

Single-car runs are expected to be 2-3 mph faster than the current qualifying speeds, but will remain the same under pack racing.
