The Miami Dolphins have completed their 2026 offseason training program, ending the spring’s organized team activities and minicamps. The team has undergone a major overhaul since the end of the 2025 season, making changes at the general manager and head coach positions, as well as moving on from major players like quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, edge rusher Bradley Chubb, and safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.
They were systematic in their approach to free agency, looking for short-term signings to allow the salary cap to reset after this year. They selected 13 players in the 2026 Draft, moving from one of the oldest teams in the league to the second-youngest.

Dolphins 2026 offseason grade
Our SB Nation Reacts poll returned this week, asking Dolphins fans to grade the team’s offseason. A majority of the fans, 5r3 present of the respondents, scored it as a “B”. Add in the 26 percent who gave Miami’s offseason an “A” and you have nearly 8 in 10 of the fans giving Miami a positive score.
A “C” grade – representing fans who are neither positive nor negative about Miami’s offseason – received 16 percent of the responses, while a “D” came in with three percent and an “F” received two percent of the votes.

Overall, fans seem largely positive about what the team did this year.
AFC East odds
The Dolphins are not expected to do much this year. According to the latest FanDuel Sportsbook odds, Miami remains the team with the longest odds to win the AFC East. The Dolphins are +3000 to come out as division champions in 2026.
The Bills are the favorite at -125, followed by the New England Patriots at +125. The New York Jets are third at +2000.
The oddsmakers have the Dolphins’ win total set at 4.5 games, with the over at +110 and the under at -130.
National Reacts Poll – Does a Bears move to Indiana matter?
The national SB Nation Reacts poll this week took a look at the stadium drama surrounding the Chicago Bears. The team has been looking for a site to build a new stadium, checking out multiple locations, including sites in Chicago and in the northwestern suburb of Arlington Heights, Illinois. However, it appears more and more likely that the team may land in Hammond, Indiana.

The move is only about 25 miles southeast from the current site of Soldier Field, but it would cross the border into Indiana, a move that could ruffle feathers in Illinois. But, does it actually matter to football fans from around the country?
According to the Reacts Poll, it does not, at least to a majority of fans. Of course, a 55-45 spread means there is a large number of respondents who does think it matters.
