Back in 2023, thousands of Buffalo Bills fans made the journey to London to see their club take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. While this was the trip of a lifetime for many (myself included), a disappointing victory and some brutal injuries left a sour taste with Bills Mafia.

Many fans are understandably not a fan of the international games, but it is something we all may need to embrace in the very near future. Chris Brown, longtime play-by-play announcer for the Bills, shared the following on X earlier this week.

“A small NFL scheduling item that impacts the #Bills 2027 schedule. A couple of years ago NFL owners reduced the mandate of at least one international game for each NFL club every 8 yrs, to 4 yrs. Knowing Buffalo’s last international game was in 2023, the mandate means the Bills will play out of the country for one of their home games in 2027.“

It is certainly far to early to know where the Bills may play their international game in 2027, but it is certainly fun to speculate. In the 2026 season the NFL will host games in Melbourne, London, Madrid, Paris, Munich, Rio de Janeiro, and Mexico City. the 2025 season also saw a game hosted in Dublin, and Bills fans are well aware of the past contests in Toronto.

If you were to have your choice a 2027 international site for the Bills, which would you choose? My initial reaction is that Bills fans would enjoy a trip to Ireland, but if I am being practical a return trip to Toronto would be best. Be sure to share your thoughts in the comments section below.
