Hobart-Lawrence officers were dispatched to a “disturbance complaint” involving Jacobs on Saturday morning. The Packers said the team is “aware of the matter involving Josh Jacobs. As it is an ongoing legal situation, we will withhold further comment.”

Jacobs’ attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, released a statement saying the running back is denying the claims against him.

“Josh vehemently denies the allegations, and this matter is in the early stages of investigation with important evidence that has not yet been made public,” the statement read. “We ask for fairness and restraint while the judicial process takes its course.”

The NFL released its own statement, saying it is “aware of the report and has been in contact with the club.”

After being drafted 24th overall by the Raiders in 2019 and spending the first five seasons of his career with the franchise, Jacobs signed a four-year, $48 million contract with Green Bay before the 2024 season.
