Johnny Manziel has been out of the NFL for about a decade, but he returned to competitive sports in a different capacity on Saturday night.

Manziel fought podcaster and social media influencer Bob Menery in a UFC Apex event that featured many former athletes. While Michael Beasley and Lance Stephenson were also duking it out, it’s Manziel vs. Menery that was the main event on a stacked card.

As expected between two public figures like Manziel and Menery, there was been a good bit of trash talk in the lead-up to the fight. UFC CEO Dana White even put $10,000 on Menery not even showing up for the event in Las Vegas.

So, who won win the fight between Manziel and Menery? Here’s the latest.

While neither brought much fighting experience, Manziel beat Menery on Saturday night via first-round stoppage.
