The Las Vegas Raiders have had an exciting offseason with plenty of moves that have Raider Nation excited. One of the newer moves was signing Kirk Cousins as the spot starter for Fernando Mendoza.
Maybe the best move was the one they couldn’t accomplish, which was trading Maxx Crosby. The Baltimore Ravens pulled back on trading two first-round picks for Crosby, which forced him back to the Raiders locker room. With the added defensive players, the Raiders should have an improved football team in 2026.

Crosby is always at the facility, and he got a chance to meet Kirk Cousins. On one of his recent podcasts, Crosby spoke about his first impression of the new Raiders quarterback.
“Ran into Kirko Bangs. It was dope. We had a great conversation. He was awesome, definitely fired me up,” Crosby said on his podcast. “Dude has done a lot of great things in this league, adding him to the squad is gonna help a lot.”
Cousins displayed he could still play, finishing last year with a 5-3 record with the Falcons, throwing eight touchdowns and four interceptions. He is the presumed starter for the Silver and Black this fall.
