Charlie Woods is poised to defend the biggest title of his junior golf career next month.
Woods, a junior at the Benjamin School and son of legendary golfer Tiger Woods, is registered in the field for the Team TaylorMade Invitational at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida, on May 21-24.

The three-day tournament will once again include some of the world’s best junior golfers, including No. 1-ranked Miles Russell, Royal Palm Beach’s Giuseppe Puebla and Port St. Lucie’s Jessy Huebner.
Woods proved he could compete and win against such talented fields in May 2025 at the Streamsong Resort’s Black Course in Bowling Green.
He shot 15-under to win the Team TaylorMade Invitational, his first win in an invitational event with the American Junior Golf Association. The win catapulted Woods into the top 10 of the AJGA’s Rolex Rankings and was the crowning achievement in his breakout 2025 junior season.
Woods is currently ranked No. 17 in the latest AJGA rankings. He committed to Florida State University in February.
What is the Team TaylorMade Invitational?
The Team TaylorMade Invitational has roots in Palm Beach County after hosting its first tournament in 2021.
