Chelsea will face off against Everton at the Hill Dickinson Stadium this Saturday evening as they look to secure a win on the road in the Premier League. The Blues suffered a dismal 3-0 loss at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain recently, so they would be eager to bounce back by earning a victory this weekend.

Liam Rosenior will set his men up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make a few changes to his first team for this game. Wesley Fofana, Malo Gusto and Alejandro Garnacho could all play from the start of this clash.

Defence

Robert Sanchez will operate in between the sticks for the Blues after conceding three goals in his last outing. Wesley Fofana will function alongside Jorrel Hato at the centre of the Chelsea backline as they look to keep the home team quiet throughout the 90 minutes.

Trevoh Chalobah will try to catch the eye as the right-back, while Marc Cucurella looks to give a good account of himself on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will have to pick and choose their moments to join in on the attack.

Tosin Adarabioyo will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Midfield

Enzo Fernandez will play along with Moises Caicedo as they focus on anchoring the midfield with conviction and creating some decent chances in the final third.

The talented trio of Alejandro Garnacho, Cole Palmer and Pedro Neto will play just ahead of them as part of Rosenior’s attack. All three of them need to combine well if Chelsea are to emerge victorious at the Hill Dickinson Stadium this Saturday evening.

Attack

Joao Pedro will spearhead Chelsea’s attack up top. He has to find a way to be a real menace in the final third.

Liam Delap will be available for selection on the bench and might come on to make an impact in the second 45 minutes if the Blues are in need of a goal by then.
