The Tennessee Titans were one of the most active teams in the first wave of free agency. Mike Borgonzi would love for the day to come when he does not have so much to do early in free agency, but unfortunately, the roster he inherited was so bad that he had a lot of holes to fill. That is what led them to spend more than anyone besides the Las Vegas Raiders last week.
I asked you to grade the Titans’ work in free agency:
Borgonzi needed to raise the floor of the roster. He did that. The money that was given out to this point is really irrelevant. Nothing they have done so far hinders them from the moves that they will need to make in future years. That’s the most important thing here.
