In terms of teams needing a QB. It looks to me that the Rams might be going all in this season with the trade for McDuffie using one of two 1st round picks. I think that rules out the Rams with Ty Simpson. I’m not sure where you have Simpson ranked but I have him ranked around 35ish. With the following teams that need a QB where is the earliest you see Simpson being selected.

A: Thank you, I appreciate it. Anything can happen. We’re seeing mocks put him anywhere from the middle of the first round through early second round. There’s a Mitch Trubisky factor with Simpson, as 2025 was his only year as a full-time starter. Considering he began as a projected first-round pick, I’d be shocked if he doesn’t go in the first round. Cleveland at No. 24 could be the sweet spot.
Q: Congrats JB. With the Steelers reportedly having over $50 million in cap space, do you think that Khan and company will make any “splash signings” next week? If so, what position(s) do you see them targeting? – NHSteelersFan
A: I’d expect at least one splash move. Whether that be a trade or a signing, particularly at wide receiver. Romeo Doubs, Michael Pittman would be names I’d watch. Safety is also a must. Jalen Thompson, Bryan Cook, and Jaquan Brisker would be the names I keep an eye on at that position.
Q: Were there any good chicken wing places in Indy? – 4Cups4Geno
A: Actually didn’t get around to any wings. But The Eagle in Indy is a very good chicken spot.
