Former professional wrestler Diamond Dallas Page, the creator and pioneer of the DDP Yoga system, offered to help Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, who will miss the beginning of the season due to sciatica in his right side.

The Lakers announced on Thursday that the 40-year-old James will be re-evaluating in three-to-four weeks. L.A.’s season starts on Oct. 21, so the Lakers will be without him for a handful of games at minimum.

That’s a tough blow for the Lakers to be without the 21-time All-NBA player and four-time NBA MVP, who is entering his 23rd NBA season. He’s remained productive even in his third NBA decade, making the All-NBA Second Team last year after averaging 24.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds.

As for Page, he’s found success inside and outside of the ring. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017 to celebrate an decorated career. Of note, he was a three-time WCW World Heavyweight champion and a four-time WCW World Tag Team champion.

In his post-wrestling career, Page has built a wildly successful fitness system that’s been life-changing and transformative for many people. He’s helped everyday folks who have lost hundreds of pounds as well as current and former wrestlers, athletes and celebrities as well.
