Serie A giants Inter Milan have reportedly added Sassuolo defender Tarik Muharemovic to their list of targets for next summer.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the Bosnian center-back is one of five players on Beppe Marotta’s shortlist.

The Nerazzurri will likely overhaul their backline at the end of the season.

Indeed, Francesco Acerbi and Stefan de Vrij are on the verge of leaving San Siro as free agents.

With the club reluctant to offer then new contracts, both players will probably wave goodbye to the Inter faitfhul.

Meanwhile, Marotta has already assembled the list of five potential replacements.

Muharemovic reportedly sits at the top of the list.

The 22-year-old has established himself as a permanent starter at Sassuolo since joining the club from Juventus Next Gen in 2024.

However, he’s not the only player monitored by the Inter Milan hierarchy.

Udinese ace Oumar Solet and Club Brugge starlet Joel Ordonez are also in the mix.

Furthermore, the Italian heavyweights have placed a watchful eye on Wolfsburg’s rising star, Konstantinos Koulierakis.

Finally, Jay Idzes remains on the Inter’s radar despite the club’s failed attempt to sign him from Venezia last summer.
