The University of Central Florida celebrated a Saturday upset win over UNC by trolling head coach Bill Belichick.
UCF reacted to the 34-9 victory with a graphic imitating a photo of Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson.
Hudson, who was spotted speaking to the UNC coach on the sideline before the game, first shared the viral photo of herself on a beach with Belichick in March.
Belichick’s Tar Heels got off to a shaky start on both sides of the ball Saturday.
The UNC run defense was unable to stop UCF on a game-opening touchdown run.
North Carolina’s offense tried to respond, only to see two of their first three drives end when Gio Lopez threw an interception.
The Tar Heels scored their only touchdown of the game late in the third quarter. UNC finished the game having compiled just 217 total yards of offense to UCF’s 366 yards.
This marked the second time this season Belichick’s program has been blown out by a Big 12 team. The Tar Heels also opened the 2025 season on Sept. 1 with a 48-14 defeat by Texas Christian.
North Carolina fell to 2-2 with Saturday’s loss. Belichick will hope to help the Tar Heels regroup before meeting up with Dabo Swinney and Clemson on Oct. 4.
