The 2026 edition of the Masters golf tournament will feature four more hours of broadcast coverage on Amazon Prime Video, Augusta National Golf Club announced on Tuesday.

Amazon will air coverage of the first two rounds of the event from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. ET on Thursday and Friday, which will lead into ESPN’s broadcast that will run from 3 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. ET on both days. Masters.com will continue offering its own streaming options in addition to what CBS, Paramount+, ESPN and Prime Video will provide.

“Working alongside Amazon in this capacity is an exciting opportunity for the Masters Tournament and its fans,” said ANGC Chairman Fred Ridley said in a statement. “We are proud of our longstanding partnerships with CBS Sports and ESPN, who have set the highest standard for broadcast coverage of the Masters. The addition of Amazon will only further our abilities to expand and enhance how the Tournament is presented and enjoyed.”

The 2025 Masters tournament, which was won by Rory McIlroy in a playoff, saw Paramount+ add two additional hours of coverage during the third and fourth rounds, plus an extra hour broadcast on CBS on Saturday.

McIlroy’s win averaged 12.707 million viewers, the most-watched golf telecast on any network since 2018. That number was up 33% from 2024, which saw Scottie Scheffler win for the second time.

Adding the Masters is another acquisition in the sports department for Amazon, which boasts NFL “Thursday Night Football,” along with NBA games beginning this fall, as well as deals with the WNBA and NWSL.
