Vasco and Botafogo take the field this Thursday (11), at Estádio Nilton Santos, at 9:30 PM (Brasília time), for the second leg of the quarter-finals of the Copa do Brasil.
Since the first leg ended 1-1 at São Januário, whoever wins advances to the semi-finals. In case of another draw, the spot will be decided by penalties.
Regarding the last match (4-1 over RB Bragantino, in the Brasileirão), coach Davide Ancelotti opted for the inclusion of Mateo Ponte, Alexander Barboza, Alex Telles, Marlon Freitas, and Joaquín Correa in place of Vitinho, David Ricardo, Marçal, Danilo, and Savarino, respectively, for Botafogo.
As for Vasco, coming off a 3-2 victory over Sport, also in the national championship, coach Fernando Diniz chose to put Paulo Henrique and Tchê Tchê in place of Pumita Rodríguez and Jair, respectively.
