After the first round of the 2025 Tour Championship on Thursday, Russell Henley holds a two-shot lead over world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler. Henley shot a 9-under 61 and a few hours later, playing in the final group, Scheffler posted 7-under 63 to join him in Friday’s final group.
The tee times were moved up by more than three hours on Friday because of expected bad weather in the afternoon, so Sepp Straka and Maverick McNealy will kick off the Round 2 fun at 8 a.m. ET.
