Chase Briscoe became the 11th different winner in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2025 with the victory on June 22 at Pocono Raceway.
Briscoe held off Denny Hamlin and Ryan Blaney to earn his first victory with Joe Gibbs Racing in the middle of his first season at the team.
William Byron’s regular-season points lead is now 54 points after a so-so day that began at the rear of the field following a crash in qualifying.
Toward the playoff cutline, Bubba Wallace is now just 29 points ahead of 17th-place Ryan Preece with Alex Bowman in between. Wallace crashed in Stage 2 after a brakes failure and finished 36th.
