The group stage of the FIFA Club World Cup is ramping up with the second round of matches now well underway.

Here’s what to look out for from today’s action in the United States.

First up, Mamelodi Sundowns look to book their place in the next round with a win but will have it much tougher this time against Borussia Dortmund.

Inter will then look for their first victory against Urawa Red Diamonds before Fluminense face Ulsan.

The day’s action is completed when River Plate take on Monterrey and the Argentine giants will qualify for the next stage if they can claim all three points.

After making his Borussia Dortmund debut off the bench in their opener, could this now be the occasion Jobe Bellingham announces himself at his new club?

He impressed in his appearance off the bench against Fluminense and given the long season he is coming off, coach Niko Kovač has warned that his workload must be managed carefully with a view to long-term success.

However, he also suggested that he will again have an important part to play against Mamelodi whether he is in from the off or not.

You would have to be very cynical not to allow yourself at least a smile as Botafogo fans celebrated a famous win over Champions League holders PSG.
