Two more big-name players will be teeing it up at the Travelers Championship in June, as Patrick Cantlay and Tony Finau announced their commitments on Monday.

Cantlay, 33, has finished in the top five each of the last two years at TPC River Highlands, tying for fifth last season along with Finau at 18-under-par. He’s currently ranked 15th in the Official World Golf Rankings, is an eight-time winner on the PGA Tour and the 2021 FedEx Cup champion.

The former UCLA standout has made 11 starts this season, with his best finish a tie for fourth at the Truist Championship.

Finau, 35, is currently the No. 36 player in the world, and has made 13 starts this season, including a fifth-place finish at the Genesis Invitational. He’s a six-time winner on tour and a fan favorite.

“Two fantastic commitments from a pair of impressive players,” Travelers Championship Tournament Director Nathan Grube said in a release. “Patrick has a storied history here, setting a PGA Tour record in his first appearance as an amateur when he shot 60 and coming very close to winning on multiple occasions. Tony has been a consistently strong player ever since he joined the PGA Tour. We’re lucky to have them both in the field.”

The Travelers Championship already has commitments from each of the top 10 players in the world, and it will once again include a stacked field as it remains a Signature Event on the PGA Tour, with a $20 million purse and $3.6 million to the winner.

The tournament will run from June 19-22.
