Chester cooked with this one.

Haunted by a nefarious clown looking to play card games with you every night, the sight of Chester brightens your day as you prepare to take on his ridiculously tough quiz in That’s not my Neighbor.

What was previously a rare encounter in That’s not my Neighbor has now shifted into a daily occurrence, as oddball Chester makes it his mission to come back every day with bizarre questions. Feeling like a contestant on the hardest Who Wants to be a Millionaire? episode, Chester’s quiz is for the greatest gamers of all time. Forget FromSoftware, Chester’s quiz is where true gamers are made.

With That’s not my Neighbor‘s full release on March 11, Chester has a new quiz for you to sink your teeth into while you juggle doppelgangers and clowns. Here are all Chester quiz answers in That’s not my Neighbor.

That’s not my Neighbor: All answers in Chester’s quiz

Before That’s not my Neighbor‘s full release on Steam, Chester could randomly appear in your game, and his spawn wasn’t guaranteed. This made him similar to rare doppelganger appearances like Peaches and the clown. But Chester will appear once per day, across the five days in Campaign Mode. You must answer his question correctly for him to revisit you the next day.

Blatantly abducted by aliens as the newspaper at the start of Campaign Mode strongly hints at, Chester has seen the light and now knows all the answers to the universe. He’s hoping to pass his newfound knowledge onto you. You will receive The Best in the Class achievement upon answering all five questions correctly, giving you a golden badge under the Data tab in the Main Menu.

Let’s get into all That’s not my Neighbor answers.

Question one: In what year was the ultimate answer to life, the universe, and everything published?

Answer: 1979

A reference to the first question in That’s not my Neighbor‘s original release, you likely heard that the meaning of life is “42.” This links to The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, which was first published on Oct. 12, 1979.

Question two: What is the number of different permutations of the most relevant Mersenne prime in computing?

Answer: 302400

A Mersenne prime is a prime number that is one less than the power of two. 2,147,483,647 is the largest known prime that can fit inside a 32-bit integer field. The answer is derived from these calculations: 10! / (3! * 2!)10! = 3,628,800, 3! = 6, 2! = 2. 3,628,800 / (6 * 2) = 3,628,800 / 12 = 302,400.

Question three: MVWKZIEXN + WFLTENX =

Answer: 428653855

You can work this answer out by counting the lines on each letter for both words. MVWKZIEXN is translated to 424331423 and WFLTENX is 4322432. Add these together to get 428,623,855 (the answer).

Question four: How many elements are in the power set of the set of happy palindromic numbers less than 10,000?

Answer: 536870912

A happy palindromic number is a number read the same forwards and backwards that always reaches one when replaced by the sum of its digits. With 29 happy palindromic numbers less than 20,00, the sum you need to work out the size of the powerset is 2^29.2^29, which gives you the answer to the fourth question in Chester’s quiz.

Question five: Given that the answer is a natural number with nine digits, the probability of guessing this question correctly at random is one in

Answer: 900000000

The only question that feels like a trick, the answer is within how the question is written. The “9 digits” tells us that the answer must be nine digits long, you simply need to add eight zeros after nine to complete Chester’s quiz.
