These weapon names get weirder and weirder by the day. Here are the best PvE and PvP perks.

Hullabaloo is one of the most unique weapons that you can get from the Guardian Games event in Destiny 2. Not only does this grenade launcher have a funny name, but it also comes with perks you haven’t seen on such a weapon before.

Hullabaloo is an Arc Compressed Wave Frame grenade launcher that shoots energy waves upon impact, similar to regular Wave Frames. Arc received a new keyword in Episode Heresy, Bolt Charge, and the 2025 version of Hullaballo allows you to fully commit to it.

Here’s how to get the Hullabaloo in Destiny 2, as well as its PvP and PvE god rolls.

What is the Hullabaloo god roll in Destiny 2?

Hullabaloo PvE god roll

  • Barrel: Quick Launch
  • Magazine: High-velocity Rounds
  • Perk one: Envious Arsenal or Voltshot
  • Perk two: Chain Reaction or Rolling Storm
  • Masterwork: Blast Radius
  • Weapon Mod: Synergy

Hullabaloo PvP god roll

  • Barrel: Quick Launch
  • Magazine: High-velocity Rounds
  • Perk one: Impulse Amplifier
  • Perk two: Strategist
  • Masterwork: Velocity
  • Weapon Mod: Aerodynamics

Hullaballo still has most of its amazing perks from last year, alongside some new additions. One of the great new perks is the Envious Arsenal. While there’s no Bait and Switch to pair it with, it’s still a lightning-fast way to reload your weapon. If you prefer to reload manually and want to lean into jolt, there’s also Voltshot in the third column. There’s also Envious Assassin, which isn’t as good as Envious Arsenal, but still a passable option.

In the fourth column, you can focus on maximizing your add clear or Arc synergy with Chain Reaction and Rolling Storm, respectively. Chain Reaction is one of the best add-clear perks on Wave Frames and is your best-in-slot for general use. However, if you want an additional source of Bolt Charge, the new Rolling Storm perk is also available.

When it comes to the god roll, you can mix and match the perks mentioned above, depending on what you need. Voltshot and Rolling Storm are great for Arc synergy, Voltshot and Chain Reaction for maximum add-clear, and more. You also want to try and get the Blast Radius masterwork, as it increases the wave’s size on the Wave Frame grenade launchers.

For PvP, you generally don’t want to use a Wave Frame grenade launcher. You have a higher chance of securing a kill with an Adaptive Frame grenade launcher, like the Cataphract GL3. There are perks like Impulse Amplifier in the third column, but those won’t make using Hullabaloo in the Crucible any easier.

How to get the Hullabaloo in Destiny 2

To get the Hullabaloo grenade launcher in Destiny 2, you need to participate in the 2025 Guardian Games event. Earn Medallions by playing Guardian Games activities and completing Cards from Eva Levante. You can deposit Medallions to earn loot, including the new Keraunios trace rifle.

You can also get a copy of the weapon from the Guardian Games event card challenge, Crest Collector. To complete the challenge, you must collect 50 crests in the Supremacy game modes. This also grants a Platinum Medallion to dunk for more loot.
