Tiger Woods was involved in a rollover crash in Jupiter Island, Florida, on Friday, according to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, and was charged with DUI.

In addition to his DUI charge, Woods is also facing charges for property damage and refusal to submit to lawful test. Woods was not under the influence of alcohol – his breathalyzer test registered a 0.0, police said – but deputies determined Woods was impaired. He did not submit to a urine test.

According to police, Woods was cooperative with sheriff’s deputies, but “was careful not to incriminate himself.” Woods will be in jail until 11 p.m. (at least 8 hours after a DUI).

Also according to the police, there were no drugs or medication in the car, and no passenger.
