Bristol Motor Speedway is the stage for the Bass Pro Shops Night Race this Saturday, the third race of the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs. Saturday’s race is the first elimination race during this Round of 16; three drivers will be cut from the playoffs when the race is over. At this stage of the post-season, four drivers, Austin Dillon, Shane van Gisbergen, Alex Bowman, Josh Berry, have fallen below the cut line and will be fighting to stay in the competition. (Additional drivers eliminated after Race No. 6, the Bank of America ROVAL 400 on Oct. 5, and Race No. 9, the Xfinity 500 at Martinsville on Oct. 26.) Just four drivers will race for the championship title at Phoenix Raceway on November 2.
