The 2025 MLS has seen one long-range rocket strike after the next this season, and even a few overhead kicks or two, but thereâs nothing like a cheeky strike to get the blood flowing.
As Minnesota United looks to continue their impressive form across the current season, Canadian striker Tani Oluwaseyi produced a moment of brilliance for their opening goal at home against St. Louis City.
After hitting five goals in the opening five fixtures of the season, including back-to-back braces on Matchdayâs four and five against Sporting KC and Real Salt Lake, Oluwaseyi hit a poor patch in front of goal while failing to find the back of the net in six straight matches.
Oluwaseyiâs classy goal to break the deadlock at Allianz Field came after he did well to settle Nicolas Romeroâs header before catching Roman BĂŒrki by surprise, with the 25-year-old looking to work cement his place in Canadaâs attack moving forward.
