The national team led by Luis de la Fuente has announced the call-up for the matches against Bulgaria and Turkey on their way to the 2026 World Cup.

Out due to injury are names like Baena or Ayoze, as well as Alejandro Baldé or Joan García, both for technical decision.
The first will be on Thursday, September 4 against Bulgaria in Sofia and the second against Turkey in Konya on Sunday the 7th, both starting at 20:45 hours.
The two matches will be played away and will mark the return of the Selection after the defeat in the Nations League final against Portugal last June.
